returns & exhanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Art Strands is more than happy to refund your money on that item or exchange it for another item within 15 days of your original purchase. I’m sorry, but there are no refunds on shipping & handling charges.

Please send the following when making a return or exchange:

  • Email to dkzaremba@artstrandsjewelry.com with your request and reason for your return.
  • Unworn item or items in its original condition.
  • A copy/original invoice.
  • Use a padded envelope or box to return your item. Please insure your return and request a tracking or return receipt. Art Strands is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Send your return to:

crediting your account
Your account will be credited to the card used for your purchase once the return is received. Allow 10-14 days for your credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
